Returns & Exchanges

Returning an item is straightforward and hassle-free at A.K. Rikk's! You can try your new items in the comfort of your own home, and if you decide to make an exchange or return, you have 30 days to do so. A return label will be included in your shipment for your convenience. 

Luxury For Less Sale Policy

Any item included in the Luxury For Less Sale purchased at a discount of 20% can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to your original form of payment.

For items included in the Luxury For Less Sale that are purchased at a discount of 30%, 40%, and 50% we are happy to accept returns within 30 days. However, please note that these returns will be processed for store credit only, at the same discounted percentage you initially enjoyed.

Please be aware that any items purchased at a discount of 60% or more are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

NOTE: Due to system limitations, discount percentages for the Luxury For Less Sale do not equal exact whole percentages and vary slightly: 20%, 29.6%, 40%, and 49.6%.

Exchange & Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item(s).

Exclusions

Items purchased at a discount of 60% off retail price or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Restock Fee

A restock fee of 5% will be charged on the item(s) being returned. This fee is calculated based on the total price of the item(s) being returned and will be deducted from the refund amount. If the item being returned is physically brought back to our store, instead of being shipped, the restock fee will be waived.

Return by Mail

Use the return label and return form included in your box. Fill out the return/exchange form with your reason for return or exchange, place it in your package, and adhere the return label. Drop off at your nearest UPS store.

Return In-Store

Bring your item(s) along with your return form to our store at 6303 28th Street SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546. Our Personal Shoppers will assist you with your return or exchange.

Local Return Pick-Up

For those within our local delivery range (15 mile radius of store address, or 15 to 25 miles for a $20 fee), we offer a pick-up service for returns. We can also process your return the same day. If you're using our local delivery service for drop-off, our driver can wait upon request, allowing you to try on your items and decide whether to keep or return them.

Exchange

It is free to exchange items for a different size or color, based on stock availability. To exchange an item, fill out the return/exchange form, specify the new size or color that you require and ship back your item using the pre-paid label. Drop off at your nearest UPS store or return in-store.

Conditions

All returned items must be new, unused, and with all A.K. Rikk's and designer tags are still attached. We will inspect returns upon receipt, and items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Late Returns

Returns should be sent back to us within the 30-day return period. Returns outside this period may be accepted at the discretion of A.K. Rikk's.

Faulty goods

Goods may classified as faulty if they do not meet quality, fit, or purpose as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it please return it to us for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this please contact Customer Service.

Clothing

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all A.K. Rikk's and designer garment tags still attached.

Bags

Please handle light-colored bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that many dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.

Shoes

When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or alter the shoe box. Returned shoes must also include the vendor tags, dust bag, and box, as these are considered part of the product.

Please place the shoe box inside another box before sending back to A.K. Rikk’s in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Beauty

Skincare, cosmetics, and haircare must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise we cannot accept them. Please note that fragrance, nail polish, and aerosols are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Lingerie & Swimwear

Briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip.

Limited-Edition Products and Books

As these items are highly collectible, please only remove the protective cover and packaging once you are certain that you wish to keep them.

Refund Credit

Once your return is approved, we will immediately release the funds. However, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank's policies.

Repeat Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to enhance your online shopping experience. We do monitor the number of returns by customers, and excessive returns may lead to refusal of future returns or closure of your A.K. Rikk's account.

Color Accuracy

We have endeavored to accurately display the colors of products on our website. However, due to variations in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will be completely accurate.
