We offer Standard, 2-Day, and Next Day shipping within the United States. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $250 or more. For orders under that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected service. Whether you need your purchase quickly or prefer the ease of complimentary delivery, we’ll ensure your order arrives with care.
Do you offer same-day or expedited delivery?
Yes — we offer expedited shipping nationwide, and in addition, A.K. Rikk’s provides a local delivery service within 25 miles of our Grand Rapids boutique. Whether you need a last-minute look or a special gift delivered the same day, our team will ensure it arrives with care and convenience.
Can I ship internationally?
Yes — A.K. Rikk’s proudly ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customs fees or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my shipment?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also log in to your A.K. Rikk’s account to view tracking information anytime.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

Returns & Exchanges
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 28 days — in-store from the purchase date, and online from the delivery date. Returns received after 14 days incur a 5% restocking fee (plus tax), while exchanges are always complimentary. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached. How do I start a return or exchange?
Starting a return or exchange is simple. A prepaid return label and return form are included with every eligible online order. Just complete the form, attach the label, and send your package back. You can also initiate a return by calling us or emailing hello@akrikks.com. Please note: final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear back on your original form of payment.
Can sale items be returned?
Yes — sale items discounted less than 50% off are eligible for return within our standard return window. Items discounted 50% off or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
