Our Policy
Akrikks.com wants you to have your goods as soon as possible. Any questions pertaining to your order please call (616) 957-3242. We currently offer 3 shipping methods from our Grand Rapids fulfillment center.
In-Store Pick Up
In-store pick up is available to those who can pick up their order at our Grand Rapids, MI location (6303 28th Street, Grand Rapids, MI 49546) during regular business hours (Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm). Order must be picked up within 10 days of placing the order. Your order will be processed online and will not require payment upon pickup. Please bring your ID for verification. Upon pickup you are welcome to try on your garment and exchange the size if needed. If you do not pick up your order within in 10 days you will be notified that your order will shipped to your home.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to customers within a 25-mile radius of our store address. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery for all orders within this 25-mile range.
For those in need of faster service, we also offer a Same-Day Rush Delivery option for a $25 fee. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.
Please note that we are unable to offer local delivery beyond 25 miles. Orders outside this range will be shipped via UPS in accordance with our shipping policy.
Ground
Delivery occurs in 1 to 7 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed. Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day air services for expedited delivery. At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Two Business Day
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days Monday-Saturday after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.
Next Business Day
Delivery occurs the next business day Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers around the world. All international orders are shipped via UPS with the following service options:
- UPS Standard (Available to Canada and Mexico only)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited
- UPS Worldwide Express
At checkout, you’ll be able to select the shipping method that best suits your timeline and destination.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in your order total. A.K. Rikk’s does not collect or control these fees.
If you wish to return an international order, please note: customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable service for international returns to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Processing Time
Same Day, Next Business Day and Two Business Day orders are given top priority.
Furniture Shipping
Furniture has up to an 8 week delivery period and is not included in our standard shipping. We offer free in-store pick up or delivery that is calculated by the type of item you’ve purchased depending on the weight. If you choose delivery, we will call you with the estimated shipping cost of your item(s) after the order is placed.
