Blair Dame has been working for A.K. Rikk's for over 12 years and in the fashion industry for even longer. Blair has a very special talent when it comes to styling and dressing a woman's body in all the shapes and ages they come in. It was a natural fit when he became more involved in the women's buy and eventually Director of Women's in 2015. Blair enjoys hanging out at home with his wife Denise, fur baby Pearl, and son Cullen when he comes to visit. He is a master of the grill and likes to host his friends while enjoying a nice cocktail or two on the weekend.
