The Pontormo knife is extremely versatile and lends itself to multiple uses. It is a reproduction of a knife depicted in the painting Supper at Emmaus by the painter Jacopo Carucci. It is very convenient for cutting cheese but is also ideal for meat and vegetables. It is offered together with its own unique log so that it can be safely stored.
