Flamingo Estate sits high atop the hills of Los Angeles, hidden by a lush orchard and dense gardens. It’s a pleasure-obsessed paradise for those that believe in Mother Nature’s beauty and artistry. Its existence is validated by this 100% extra virgin olive oil that has a fruity, robust and buttery taste. It’s freshly harvested in Ojai, California by Philip Asquith, a fourth-generation olive farmer. Only 150 bottles were made and it is best used within three months.
