The signature Q (for Quality) 82 fabric is a fine jersey fabric made from long-staple cotton fibres that are twisted together to create a strong, smooth yarn that won’t tangle through being worn or washed. This twist makes it an incredibly clean yarn, though it is still passed over a flame to remove overhanging ends. The yarn is then double-spun to remove any remaining impurities
