Our Take On It 

Made in Italy from a fourth consecutive generation family focusing on exquisite knives of flawless quality, this knife set is handmade by experienced master knife makers. The five main knives for cutting different types of cheese are present. This is not only for aesthetic reasons but also for taste. The flavor of cheese is different at the center of the wheel and particularly near the rind, therefore it needs to be cut properly.
