DESCRIPTION

uniquely serving our clients, creating memorable experiences, building relationships, and creating
excitement around high quality merchandise. We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to come
work alongside our stylists and Sales Manager by supporting them in the operational aspects of their role
and in their efforts to hit company-wide sale goals.

ROLE OWNERSHIP
• Assist Personal Shoppers with technology tool needs (processing payments/returns, data in CRM, etc.)
• Own the back end operational component of the sales process (Netsuite, alts notifications, etc).
• Assist Sales Manager in owning policies for sales floor
• Expert on Salesforce support (CRM system)
• Assist in serving our clients through the sales process as needed
• Be manager proxy when Sales Manager is unavailable or off site
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist Sales Team:
• Become an expert in the operational component to the sales process
• Become an expert in Netsuite and Salesforce
• Own logistics and communication for alterations
• Own morning jewelry audit and placement
• Assist with ringing, wrapping, post, and go-backs as needed
• Assist Sales Manager:
• Coaching/training/feedback as appropriate
• Holds, Alts, Paids, etc. audits/accountability
• Hold visual accountable / time management, walkthrough
• Netsuite back end- run COF, fix open items/default customer, etc.
• Review call sheets + event call lists / hold sales team accountable
• Support in creating schedule + holding it accountable for Sales, Store Opps/Visual and
