DESCRIPTION

We have a lot to share with the world, and we are looking for someone to fully own daily interactions and communication with our clients on social media and email platforms- give them the “IN STORE” experience on a digital platform. The purpose of the role is to build and grow our relationships with our amazing clients through daily content and intentionality. This person will manage daily aspects of our store social media presence, assist with email communication, and analyze what is contributing to the desired outcomes.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and individual platform insights.

  • Ability to analyze data AND provide recommendations based on the data for outcome based initiatives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills. 

  • Excellent eye for aesthetics.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Two or more years of experience in a social media marketing role.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to create an ROI on social media campaigns.
  • Experience in executing plans and creating relationships.

  • Become an expert on our brand standards and our target market.
  • Follow & execute the communications calendar daily.
  • Effectively use your time on most important aspects of the business, being agile to what's timely.
