To begin, the graphic designer and the pattern department collaborate to create the pattern paper used for this style. Experienced cutters select the highest quality skins for this piece, cutting the leather into strips and weaving them together by hand to follow the pattern placement and form the panels that make up the vest's timeless design. Finally, tonal lambskin piping is applied to frame the garment. Additional touches including a lamb-suede drawcord and besom pockets complete the look.
