Today as a part of our Behind the Seams with A.K. Rikk's series, we would like to introduce you to Inventory Specialist, Brynn Davis! Brynn is the latest addition to the A.K. Rikk's family and she’s the ray of sunshine every company needs! We asked her what brought her to A.K. Rikk’s and what celebrity’s life she’d like to take over.
What initially drew you to A.K. Rikk's?
A.K. initially drew me in because of its unique luxury product, killer talent and show-stopping building. I still walk in every day shocked that it exists.
What is your favorite part of working at A.K. Rikk’s so far?
It’s definitely the people. I am honored to work with so many talented and hard working individuals! I’m stoked that every day I can come and learn something new from someone that has more or different experiences than me.
What is your favorite brand?
My favorite brand is Nanushka. I’m inspired by the neutral tones and fabrics we are carrying right now. It’s a brand I’d never heard of before but I’m really loving it!
Which types of clothes do you collect?
Great question! I wouldn’t say I collect denim but I can say I don’t have an exact count of how many pairs I own. I fully believe that denim is the foundation of an outfit (especially if you’re casual 99% of the time like me) and having a pair you feel powerful in is important!
What do you have a hard time saying no to?
Fun plans (and margaritas, even better if it’s both). I enjoy spending time with friends and family and will give up anything to have a good time. I’m a full on extrovert.
What celebrity’s life would you like to live for 24 hours?
I’m thinking I’d love to live like Beyoncé for a day. I think I could pretty much do whatever I wanted and that sounds like a dream.
You can have an unlimited supply of one thing for the rest of your life. What is it?
Tough one! I feel like having an unlimited supply of food would be my answer. That way I don’t have to grocery shop and I could host dinner parties regularly because I’d always have plenty!
You have to sing karaoke. What song do you pick?
I have to choose one song? I’m throwing in two. “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” by Whitney Houston and “Dancing Queen” by ABBA. Both are staples in my friend group and really get the crowd going! I’m getting excited just thinking about it.
