This is a letter written from one of our sales staff to a client, I think it speaks to who we are and how much we care about making our friends better versions of themselves!  
Hi {client name}, I hope you’re well. I’m sure this spur of warm weather has been good for local retail sales. I know it is helped ours. I wanted to get in touch because I know {client name} came in today and mentioned Spring for you and Spain in May. I would be more than happy to start putting together looks and ideas. Spring comes fast for us and goes fast. It is our shortest selling window for any season so I’d like to get together as soon as possible. On another note I know Karina emailed {client name} about setting some appointments to schedule her purchases. I know this seems tedious, but all too often people buy things they do not need due to lack of planning. That is not our objective; we save that objective for travel-shopping. We know that if we are going to have a long-standing, respected relationship with someone, we have to offer a service that’s more than just buying clothes. If we understand your lifestyle, your professional and travel plans, and what makes you happy, we can actually save you time and also money while looking out for your best interests. We do this because we know how fragile a relationship can be and we want your business forever.
